Register Online

  • Here you can make an early registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2022) in Yokohama. The early registration term is from April 5 to August 8 (17:00 JST). Please click the registration button at the bottom to proceed to the registration form.
  • Registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2022) will be officially completed upon payment of the registration fee, either by credit card (entering your credit card information in the registration form) or by making a postal transfer after you have registered your participation through this website. (When paying by postal transfer, do not send registration fees for more than one person in one transaction. Payment must be made for each participant individually.)
  • The supporting member of the Japan Society for Molecular Science is eligible for free registration benefits for three participants per one unit of contribution. The invitation letter is sent around late August or early September, so the early registration is not necessary. The list of supporting members.
  • The format of the meeting (on-site or online) is scheduled to be decided around June 2022. Please note that the information on the website may change if the meeting is held online.

    • This year, as part of our support for young students, the Japan Society for Molecular Science will support a part of the online registration fee for student members. Therefore, the registration fee for student members has been discounted to 1,500 yen (for online) and 3,000 yen (for on-site) this year, instead of the usual 3,000 yen (for online) and 5,000 yen (for on-site).

  • Payment by credit card is available for online payment at the time of the early registration. The conventional postal transfer is also available.
  • When paying by postal transfer:
    The payment period for the registration fee is from April 5 to August 8 (17:00 JST).
    [Attention!] If your payment is made on and after August 9, the on-site rate will apply.
  • Please follow the example below when you fill out the payment slip for your postal transfer. In the correspondence section, you must clearly indicate your registration number and participant type (regular or student, and also whether or not you are a member of the Japan Society for Molecular Science). Please retain the receipt of the payment slip.

  • Please note that your registration fee, whether paid by credit card or by postal transfer, will not be refunded even if you decide to cancel it.
  • To register online, you must provide an e-mail address (a cell phone address is not permitted).
  • You may modify your registration details during the online registration period the online registration period (from April 5 to August 8 (17:00 JST).
  • [Announcement from Japan Society for Molecular Science] Membership fee for new student members: Membership of student members who join the society between April 1 and August 31, 2022, and pay the membership fee by the designated date are considered valid through August 31, 2023. Please note that you will need to renew and pay for your membership again for the academic year starting on September 1, 2023.
