We ask for your kind cooperation in the following items as we hold the onsite meeting under the severe infection situation of COVID-19.
- When entering the Yagami Campus, enter from the entrance on the 1st floor of Building 14 (or next to the security office on the B1 floor) and go through the thermography system.
- Register for each admission day using the QR code posted at the venue, so that we can keep track of who has entered the campus.
- Avoid close, dense, and enclosed spaces in the venue, and cooperate with hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
- Do not participate if you are sick, have a fever, or cough.
- Wear a mask (non-woven mask recommended) at all times except when eating or drinking and keep quiet when eating or drinking.
- Eating and drinking are allowed in the lecture rooms during lunchtime in addition to the break rooms. We will also announce available rooms and other information on our Twitter account (@molsci2022 (https://twitter.com/molsci2022)).
