Hotels adjacent to the Sendai Subway Tozai Line are convenient to access to the venue.

During the period of the meeting, many people are expected to visit Sendai. It was announced that V6, a Japanese boy band, would give a concert at Miyagi Sekisuiheim super arena in Grande 21 with a seating capacity of 7,000 on September 17 (Sunday). The Rakuten Golden Eagles, a baseball team based in Sendai, also hosts home games on September 16-18.

Some of the visitors stay overnight. The hotels in Sendai are crowded, especially, on September 16 (Saturday) and 17 (Sunday). We therefore advise participants to book their accommodation as early as possible.
