Banquet

The dinner banquet for the 6th Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science will take place as follows.

Time:  Starting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2012 (The banquet hall opens at 6:45 p.m.)
Place:  The Tokyo Garden Palace Hotel (2nd floor; Takachiho Hall)

Access information:

• How to arrive from Hongo Campus . . . 15 minutes on foot
  
  Exit the campus from the Main Gate or the Akamon Gate and head to the left, keeping on Hongo Street until you see the Tokyo Garden Palace Hotel on your left-hand side.

If you wish to attend the banquet but have not yet registered for the banquet, please do so at the registration desk (Sanjo Hall, Hongo Campus, U. Tokyo) during the annual meeting.

We will also have a registration desk ready on site at the entrance of the banquet hall, starting from 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 20.

The banquet fee is:
8,000 JPY for a regular participant
4,000 JPY for a student participant
