- This is the homepage to register in advance for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2011) in Sapporo. To complete the application procedures, please click the following button for in-advance registration for participation.
- The in-advance registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2011) allows you to be officially registered by filing an application through this homepage and paying the registration fee for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2011) and the social event fee by credit card (input your credit card information through the in-advance registration for participation) or by postal transfer. (In the case of a postal transfer, please transfer the above-mentioned fees separately for individuals but not for a group as a whole.)
- In the case of a credit-card transaction, changes cannot be made to the settlement amount after the in-advance registration is completed. In addition, the method of payment cannot be changed.

The transfer of the registration fee for participation and the social event fee will be accepted between July 5 (Monday) and August 6 (Friday).
Note: If a transfer is made after August 6, the fees for payment on the day of the meeting will apply. - When making a transfer, please follow the example description below and enter in the corresponding column of the payment slip the receipt number of the in-advance registration for participation in the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2011) in Sapporo, and for classification, information on whether or not you will participate in the meeting and/or the social event, and your membership status (general member or student member, and member of Japan Society for Molecular Science or non-member).
(Please retain the receipt of the payment slip.) - Please note that the registration fee for participation and the social event fee paid by credit card or by postal transfer will not be refunded, even if an application is cancelled.
- You need to include an e-mail address (cellular phone addresses are not acceptable) when filing your application.
- You can modify your application during the period of application (from July 11 (Monday) until August 12 (Friday)).
- If you are using IE6.0 or a newer version, the message “Pop-up has been blocked” may appear. In this case, please continue the process as this is not a processing error.
With respect to the membership fee for new student members, for those who newly join the Society between April 1, 2011 and August 31, 2011 and pay the membership fee by the deadline, membership is treated as being valid till August 31, 2012. In addition, please be advised that the membership fee should be paid anew for the fiscal year starting on September 1, 2011.

Pre-registrationA) Registration and payment from within Japan
A-1) Those who are able to register participation using the Japanese language Web page are requested to register using this page. Please make payment by August 6, either via postal transfer or credit card, according to the payment instructions.
A-2) Those who are not able to use the Japanese language Web page are requested to complete the participation registration form and send it by e-mail to bunshi2011@laser.chem.es.Sapporo-u.ac.jp. In this case, please make payment either via JP (Japan Post) Bank (postal transfer) or credit card.

After the participation registration form has been received, a Japanese e-mail containing the participation registration number will be sent. Please forward this e-mail to メールアドレス
A transfer form will then be sent to those who wish to pay via JP Bank. Those who wish to pay via credit card are asked to refer to the “How to pay by CREDIT CARD”. B) Registration and payment from outside Japan
B-1) Those who can understand Japanese are requested to register participation using the Japanese language Web page. Payment is via credit card only.
B-2) Non-speakers of Japanese are requested to complete the participation registration form and send it by e-mail to メールアドレス
