Abstract
気相蒸発法により生成されるフラーレンクラスターについて、微分型電気移動度分析器(DMA)を用いた測定を行った。測定された電気移動度について計算結果などと比較検討した結果、本方法により生成されるクラスターの構造に関する知見を得た。
Mobility of fullerene cluster formed by evaporation of fullerene powder was measured by use of Differential Mobility Analyzer (DMA). The structure of the cluster is discussed by the measured mobility in comparison with calculated one.
