要旨

内殻励起後の解離反応は主にAuger崩壊過程に支配されていることが一般に知られている。我々はAuger崩壊過程に伴う結合解離に対する簡便な指標として結合解離因子を定義した。本因子はH2Oなど簡単な分子で測定されているAEPICO収量スペクトルをよく説明することができる。また共鳴Auger崩壊に伴うサイト選択的結合解離も理論的に説明することができ、比較的大きな分子の解離過程の解析方法として有用である。

ABSTRACT

We define "bond dissociation factor" for the index from bond dissociation with Auger decay. Using this factor, we can explain the AEPICO spectra of water, for example. And we can explain the phenomena of site-selective bond dissociation with resonant Auger decay.
