The Ni(dmit)2-based salts with transition metal ions incorporated as counter cations have been prepared. The physical properties of two kinds of salts will be discussed; one is the M-Ni(dmit)2 salt in which d electrons of metal ions directly interact with p electrons of Ni(dmit)2. The other is the M-L(p)-Ni(dmit)2 salt where d and p electrons indirectly interact via ligand p conjugated systems. |
