| The QCAS-SCF method is a form of MC-SCF method using the product space of complete active spaces (CAS) as a variational space. In the present study, some numerical applications of the QCAS-SCF and the quasi-degenerate perturbation theory (MC-QDPT) with QCAS-SCF reference functions are made and results are compared with the CAS-SCF method and original MC-QDPT for the investigation of their applicability. |
