κ-(ET)2Cu(CN)[N(CN)2] is organic superconductor with TC above 11K at ambient pressure. Optical reflectivity spectra of single crystals of H8-, D8- and 13C4- modifications were studied in a wide frequency region from 40 to 33000 cm-1.
