Information on Presentation Applications for the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2010, Osaka)
We have a Japanese website https://www.wdc-jp.biz/msf/ps2010/jp/present.php (close) for presentation applications for the Annual Meeting of Japan Society for Molecular Science (2010) (which includes applications for both the Best Presentation Award at the Annual Meeting and the Best Poster Award at the Annual Meeting). We have also prepared a separate presentation application format for foreigners who find it difficult to fill this out in Japanese. We have attached a file that lists the presentation application format and an example of a prepared presentation application to this page. We ask that the concerned parties download the presentation application format, fill in the necessary items, and then send this by email to bunshi2010@laser.chem.es.osaka-u.ac.jp.
Notes)
- General oral presentations are scheduled to take 18 minutes per person, including discussions (13 minutes maximum for the presentation). Presenters can use a liquid crystal projector for their presentations. Poster presentations are scheduled for 100 minutes.
- General presentations consist of oral presentations and poster presentations. Only one person takes the stage for each general presentation (for both oral presentations and poster presentations).
- If the same research group would like to give multiple presentations, then the number of oral presentation will be reduced to about 1/2 overall as a general rule. If any disparities arise in the proportion for each presentation section, then we may request changes in the presentation format.
- Presentation applications require an abstract of no more than 70 words for use in compiling the program.
- The deadline for applications is June 5. Please note that this is earlier than the Japanese language presentation application deadline (June 7).
- Please view our website (http://www.molsci.jp/english/index.html) regarding applications for the Best Presentation Award at the Annual Meeting and the Best Poster Award at the Annual Meeting.
